Private VIP

Private VIP One-to-One Clinical Training

The Private VIP programme is built around the participating physician’s current experience, clinical responsibilities and areas they want to develop. The timetable is tailored to the clinical decisions each participant wants to examine in more detail.

VIP clinical training packages

These fees apply to penile filler and non-surgical male genital aesthetics training. Surgical training is planned separately according to its content and clinical scope. Partner events and bespoke institutional programmes have their own fees and inclusions.

6 monthsCase-based clinical mentorship

1 dayClinical refresher training

VIP participants receive 6 months of case-based clinical mentorship after training. Suitable cases can be discussed for educational purposes, including assessment, planning, follow-up and complication-management questions, while protecting patient confidentiality. This is not remote treatment management or an emergency medical service. The participating physician remains responsible for their patients.

Planning your clinical refresher day

VIP participants can return for one clinical refresher training day within 6 months of their programme, with no training fee for that day. It must be scheduled in advance, subject to Cem Özlük's and the Academy's availability, suitable clinical cases and professional and legal requirements.

Flights, hotel accommodation, personal transport and additional expenses for the second trip are paid by the participant. The complimentary element is the training fee for this one day.

01

What makes the Private VIP format different?

Before the programme, the participant’s clinical experience, previous education and priority learning areas are reviewed. Daily teaching and case discussions are then shaped around those needs.

Case discussions examine why an approach was chosen, which alternatives were considered, how risks affected the plan and what could change the decision for another patient.

02

How is the programme individualised?

The pre-training review may include:

  • current specialty and clinical role;
  • previous experience in aesthetic or regenerative procedures;
  • surgical experience;
  • specific clinical areas the participant wants to develop;
  • previous experience with complications;
  • plans for future clinical practice.

The 2–5 day duration is structured around these needs.

You may attend alone or with one colleague. In a two-physician programme, both participants’ experience and learning objectives are considered when the schedule is designed.

Clinical training pathway

1 — Scientific and clinical foundations

Patient selection, anatomy, evidence limitations, and comparison of product, device, technical or surgical options.

2 — Live patient assessment

Medical and sexual history, expectations, relevant examination, measurement and photography, indication and contraindication, consent and follow-up planning.

3 — Clinical demonstration

In suitable cases, the participant follows Dr Cem Özlük’s case assessment, planning and clinical decision-making.

4 — Supervised practical education

Supervised practical training may be included when the participant’s professional and legal scope, patient consent, clinical suitability and the programme conditions allow it. It is not guaranteed for every participant or every case.

5 — Post-case review

After each relevant case, faculty and participant discuss why the selected approach was used, the alternatives, important risk points, expected follow-up and criteria that would change correction or revision decisions.

04

Complication readiness

An important objective of the Private VIP format is to improve the participant’s ability to distinguish an expected post-procedure course from findings that require closer assessment.

Case discussions may cover:

  • asymmetry, nodules and migration;
  • suspected infection;
  • warning signs of ischaemia or tissue-perfusion problems;
  • situations in which immediate correction should be avoided;
  • when further assessment or referral is appropriate;
  • documentation and patient communication.
05

Optional advanced days

The third, fourth or fifth day may be used for additional clinical cases, advanced case planning, revision discussions, surgical observation or deeper work on topics relevant to the participant’s goals.

Patient safety always takes priority over a pre-written number of cases or procedures.

06

Training materials

Depending on programme scope, participants may receive controlled professional materials such as:

  • patient-selection checklists;
  • measurement and photography guidance;
  • treatment-planning worksheets;
  • consent frameworks;
  • preparation and follow-up checklists;
  • complication recognition, escalation and referral frameworks;
  • selected scientific references.
08

Before, During, After

Before — Preparation

  • professional background and current experience;
  • learning goals;
  • individualisation of programme scope.

During — Clinical Training

  • theory and clinical judgement;
  • patient assessment and demonstration;
  • case discussions;
  • supervised practical education where appropriate.

After — Mentorship

6 months

  • anonymised case review;
  • treatment-planning discussions;
  • follow-up cases and complication discussions.

Clinical practice

Arranging accommodation and transfers before an international visit helps physicians make time for clinical training. The programme packages include airport transfers, accommodation and the local travel required for training.

In Antalya, direct clinical work with Cem Özlük, structured case assessment and complication-management discussions form part of the same programme. The VIP format combines 2–5 days of training with 6 months of case-based mentorship afterwards. When planning your trip, consider the programme length, included services and available flights together.

Professional eligibility and clinical participation

These programmes are intended for physicians with valid professional registration who practise within their permitted scope in their own country. Physicians from general practice or family medicine, plastic surgery, dermatology, urology and other medical backgrounds relevant to sexual health may be considered. Eligibility is assessed against professional registration, applicable regulation and the chosen programme's scope.

Live clinical observation and supervised practical training depend on patient suitability and consent, programme content and professional and legal requirements. No fixed number of patients or procedures is guaranteed. A Certificate of Attendance does not confer a medical licence or an independent professional credential, and does not replace the physician's legal scope of practice in their own country.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need previous filler experience?

No. Previous dermal filler experience is not a requirement for every training format. VIP training can be tailored to your current knowledge and experience; having no previous filler experience does not automatically exclude you from a Group Masterclass either. We discuss your expectations for observation and practical training during the application process.

Should I choose VIP or Group Masterclass?

Consider how much individualisation, clinical and practical time, faculty access and support after training you want. VIP is planned around the individual physician. Group Masterclass follows a shared curriculum with observation, case discussions and comparison of techniques. You can select “Not sure yet” on the application form.

What are the training fees?

For non-surgical genital aesthetics, the 2-day Group Masterclass costs €2,150 per physician, including 2 nights of single-occupancy accommodation. VIP fees for one physician are €4,500 for 2 days, €5,750 for 3 days, €7,000 for 4 days and €8,250 for 5 days, including 3, 4, 5 and 6 nights of accommodation respectively. When two physicians attend the same VIP programme together, each physician receives a 20% reduction. Surgical programmes and partner events are priced separately.

Does the programme cover complication management?

Patient selection, contraindications, anatomy and treatment planning underpin complication training. The non-surgical programme addresses asymmetry, nodules, migration, oedema, signs of impaired perfusion, suspected infection, follow-up and clinical decisions about hyaluronidase.

How does support after VIP training work?

VIP participants receive 6 months of case-based clinical mentorship. Suitable cases may be discussed for educational purposes, including assessment, planning, follow-up and complication management, with patient confidentiality protected. This is not remote treatment management or an emergency medical service. Responsibility for each patient remains with the participating physician.

Which costs are covered for the clinical refresher day?

There is no training fee for one clinical refresher training day within 6 months of VIP training. The day must be arranged in advance, subject to faculty availability, suitable clinical cases and professional and legal requirements. The participant pays for flights, hotel accommodation, personal transport and additional expenses for this second trip.

Is 18–19 December 2026 the general Apex Masterclass date?

No. These dates belong to a separate event organised by the Dubai-based partner. General Apex group training dates are announced periodically. The partner event is presented on its own organisation page.
